Our Story
Shawarma Station was born out of a love for wholesome, flavorful, and authentic Mediterranean cuisine. Our founder, Ashraf, started with a simple dream: to share the joy of perfectly seasoned and grilled shawarma with everyone. He has over 17 years of experience in preparing mediterranean food starting at Blue Nile in Egypt to big restaurants in El Kewuit and Foragers Market in Manhattan New York.
